SAFETY
There are many factors to consider when choosing a dog walker, and the one which I consider to be most important is safety.
Before we go any further, you can be assured that I am
· Fully insured
· DBS Checked
· Canine first aid qualified
To further ensure all of the dogs are safe, I provide a variety of training leads and air tags.
STRUCTURE
· Initially I offer a free meet and greet where I will come and visit you and your dog. We will discuss individual requirements, and then head out for a walk together.
· New dogs will remain on lead until their recall is adequate.
· Dogs are given a 3 walk trial period (at regular prices) to ensure they are matched with the pack and are fully enjoying their walks with us.
· Pick ups and drop offs are all done on foot and included in the price.
· Dogs can be hosed down / towel dried when I return them to your house if you can provide hose and towel.
· It is important that your dog is not fed 1 hour before or after being walked. This is to reduce the chances of them getting gastric torsion, commonly known as ‘bloat.’
· Invoices will be sent every Sunday for the previous weeks walks and have a 2 week deadline.
More detail of structure can be found on this form here, which you will be required to sign before walks commence.
